Rysn is excellent at negotiation. She's just naturally that way, though at least half she learned from her mentor. As someone strong-willed who doesn't like to appear weak, she at first resisted his tutelage, but later became an excellent student. She excels at finding mutually beneficial deals and at turning disasters into victories. She struggles with her image of herself after becoming handicapped. However, she's learned to be an innovative problem-solver rather than feel sorry for herself.
